The Ministry of Immigration wishes to inform that, effective from 23 April 2025, all work permit applications must be processed strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Immigration Act 2003 and its regulations.

Adherence to Application Requirements and Processing Guidelines

The Ministry of Immigration would like to advise members of the public and users of Immigration Services to please adhere to application requirements and processing guidelines directed via our website.

The Public is encouraged to:

  1. Submit all documentary requirements stipulated for respective immigration service applied for.
  2. Ensure proper complete submission; any incomplete application will not be processed.
  3. Ensure all documents are certified by a Registered Justice of Peace or Legal Officer; uncertified documents will not be accepted.
  4. This change becomes effective as of 8th May 2025.

The Ministry emphasizes that failure to follow these requirements will result in delays or non-processing of applications. Thus, we urge all users of immigration services to carefully read and follow instructions provided in our official website.

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Ministry of Immigration would like to advise members of the public that the immigration document management system (IMMIHUB), will be closed on the following days in the month of June.
Saturdays (12 AM) to Mondays (12 AM) for the month of June.
During this period, there will be limited access to the IMMIHUB portal.
