1. Definition

Exemption status granted to any person who is on the official staff of a person that has been extended immunities or privileges in Fiji under any written law for the time being in force that authorizes a person to enter, reside and work in the country. Authority is under Section 8(1)(e) of the Immigration Act, 2003.

• Advice and diplomatic schedules from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• Applicant’s passports.
